The successful candidate must be based in Cape Town and ready to start on 1 March 2025.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support
• Assist with business applications support
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Remotely resolve IT technical issues, including computers, printers, networks, and software

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or a relevant qualification
• Recent graduate entering the job market for the first time
• Academic results must be attached to the application
